I had the pleasure of photographing Bonny and learning more about her and WHY she started her unique business. The focus of her session was to really showcase her brand as caring, encouraging and inspirational to women who are ready to leave their trauma behind.  She really wanted to show that she truly understands what they are going through because she have lived through it.  These photographs have to tell a story of what their life could be, and how Bonny can help them achieve this happiness, freedom and independence. The photos of her were meant to feel warm and inviting, like a hug.

Bonny told me I serve women who are ready to leave the chains of past trauma behind them and align themselves for independence and confidence. I help trauma victims heal through mindset and clarity. Incredible!

Before our session, we discussed what she should wear, what props would work for her brand and any details to make this session personal. That’s the thing with Personal Branding Sessions, they are made for you so it’s really your decision on the style of the session and your unique brand. It is so imperative to do the planning ahead of time! I have a whole step by step process to go over all of the details. When you do not plan ahead of time you just end up with random photos that do not truly speak to your clients and future clients. Bonny and I had a special and fun Personal Branding Session. It was special to me because I’ve known Bonny for years and she always encouraged me to pursue photography. You should just have your own photography business she would tell me. At the time, I wasn’t ready but I will always remember her support. You never know when your words to someone will finally have an impact! I was thrilled I was able to return the favor. All the best to you and your business Bonny!
